Franca Errani is the founder and director of the InnerTeam Institute in Italy, that organises a three-years School of Counseling based on Voice Dialogue as well as individual, couples and groups trainings, also for organisations. She teaches Voice Dialogue at the University of Siena in the post-laureate Master program on Relationships and Communication. Her personal contribution to Voice Dialogue is the creation of BMD-BodyMind Dialogue, a method for working with body expression, creative movement and energy inspired by the Psychology of Selves.Franca wrote the books "Il Caleidoscopio interiore" (2006) and "L'Anima del management" (2008) both related to Voice Dialogue practice.
